Spring 2008 Registration Fees are:

Returning         New & Former

   Players              Players

       U-5’s through U-7’s       $  80.00           $  85.00

        U-8’s                               $  90.00           $  95.00

        U-9’s through U-12’s     $  95.00           $100.00

        U13’s through U-19’s    $100.00           $105.00

** Former players are those that have played soccer for CBS teams before but did not play this past Fall 2007 season. A birth certificate will not be needed for former players as one would have been filed previously. Complete form and submit with payment based on fee schedule above.

 ** All New Players will need to provide a copy of birth certificate with registration form as well as payment.

           Payment/checks should be made out to:
