Rescheduling or Cancelling Games

In the event that a game needs to be cancelled and/or rescheduled you MUST contact your scheduled opponent, our club scheduler and referee assignor(s) must be notified immediately and provided 7 days advanced notice so that no last minute surprises and unnecessary costs are incurred. Hello to all the Wonderful Referees!!
     Just to inform on how to receive game assignments, please do the following:
     1. Check your email on the Friday of the preceding Weekend.
     2. Email me your availability by the following Monday evening.
     3. You will receive your request of assignments by Wednesday evening.
     4. Call me (459-2784) ASAP to confirm/deny your assignment request. If I have not heard from you by Thursday night at 9 p.m., I will assign your game to another referee.
